Sea Land Algarve is a local company based in Lagos, Portugal. Our company provides experiences in nature, exploring the best that the Algarve has to offer in a creative, sustainable and fun way. We aim to provide unforgettable experiences with all possible safety, with the versatility to entertain all people regardless of their age. We work mainly along the Costa Vicentina Natural Park, a splendid place, rich in fantastic landscapes that certainly cannot be found anywhere else in the world.

André is the creator / owner and is our main guide. He was born in 1991 in Vila Verde, right next to the Peneda - Gerês National Park where he spent much of his youth exploring those mountains full of trails, rivers and waterfalls where he acquired his taste for adventure sports.
In 2010, when he finished high school, he moved to Serra da Estrela where he took the nature sports course at IPG and there he specialized in sports such as climbing, rafting and orienteering, having several rescue courses in mountains .
In 2012 he moved to Coimbra where he obtained a degree in Sports Sciences at the University of Coimbra, the most respected in the country. It was there that he truly enriched his curriculum, taking training as a coach in various modalities such as climbing, swimming, canoeing, among other collective and individual sports, as well as the lifeguard and water rescue course.
In 2015, when he finished the course he came to work in the Algarve as a lifeguard and never left. André is currently a primary physical education teacher and a youth soccer coach, and uses the school break to share his greatest passion with others: his passion for nature sports.
"Born inland and shaped by the sea" is the phrase that best defines it.
